Shirley Sesler-Herring is the founder and CEO of There is Hope Outreach Ministries, Inc. With over 30 years of experience in working with churches and other non-profit sectors, Shirley is passionate about helping those in need and has dedicated her life to this cause. Shirley loves God and she loves people.
ELDER KERVIN L. HERRING, SR.
Elder Herring is head teacher and presenter of There is Hope Outreach Ministries. As a minister of the Gospel, along with many years of experience working with people and youth of all walks of life, Elder Herring has a passion to teach online and in-person, giving others hope when they feel like all hope is gone.
